Fasting Schedule
We recommend you engage the prayer with fasting. Your fast can be in the format you are able to carry. Where fasting affects you medically please seek medical guidance.
We recommend your fast is from 6AM to 6PM daily throughout the programme. We recommend in addition to the corporate 6AM prayer that you spend time in prayer individually or as a family during the day or evening.
